Bathroom - Remodel
They took $3000 of my money and did not show up to do the work when they said they would. they are not licensed in South Carolina nor did they pull a permit. This company also goes by Zero Max construction on their truck. They said they would come out and they would not show. They pretty much left my bathroom a mess and nothing complete. I had a contract with them signed and they were to have the work completed by 10-15 and it is still not completed. They have been turned into the South Carolina State Board for investigation as they said they would send me money back and they have not. They lie, and steal from elderly women. if they didn't the work would be complete. They violated state laws and will pay the fines for that. Do not use them.

I've hired these guys before they did an amazing job on my roof I needed my fence repaired they came out looked at it ordered the section I needed and it was here and installed within a week.

Metal Roofing - Install or Replace
These guys are great, not the cheapest but do a great job. They communicate well. We asked them to install a metal roof on our home.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
RIP OFF!! He charged $250,which I paid,the following day the faucet started leaking again,the day after that the sliding door handle lock fell apart,when I called Dennis he said it would be the following week,he didn`t contact me,in the meantime,I watched videos,fixed the faucet and the door myself and found out the fan he said needed to be replaced only needed a new light kit.So basically for the price I paid we got a ceiling fan(different room) assembled and installed,a shelf hung and a bedroom door adjusted they work so far,when I called him to request a partial refund,he was very defensive and argumentative and basically refused.T.Next step BBB.

Wood Stairs and Railings - Repair
Denis arrived less than hour of me calling him; I am selling my townhome and needed stairwell repair (wobbly) and a new faucet and knob installed. He knew what he had to do right a way. He secured the stairwell and handrails. I was so happy! Many other carpenters wanted to rebuild it or charge crazy numbers for the repair. Denis arrived, honest, told me his pricing and was ready to work. I have passed his business card along to my realtor. would I hire him again? Yes.

Interior Painting or Staining: 3 - 4 Rooms
Highly recommended. They were quick to come for a quote on a short time frame, were nice guys and did great work. We are having them back to finish the rest of the house in a few months.

I hired them to do a painting and a small plumbing project. They were great to work with, the few times they were running let they called immediately to update me they would be late. They were very neat, cleaned up after the projects. They also worked with me on the budget, and did a great job.

Great quality of work and cared about the details. Great work atmosphere when they were here. Finished a half bath, replaced front door,added storm door and painted stairwell. Neighbors thought highly of the craftsmanship they were seeking referal. I would highly recommend this company
