Robert is full of lies and empty promises. He came out to the property to provide an estimate and we agreed. I gave payment to get the job scheduled and then was delayed for some BS reason. A week later, he and his crew showed up for 1 day and he said he needed more cash to buy materials. I made arrangements and gave him more money. Then for the next 4 weeks, it was just excused, after excuse, after excuse. He even texted and said he would have crews and materials on-site and this job would be complete in 3 days. BUT NEVER SHOWED. AGAIN. Now, his cell phone and business card number are out of service. What a lying cheating scammer!

He told us the job was done when were going away for a day, he also requested extra money and he told us the job was completed so he got paid what he asked for but when we came back we saw the quality job and that was not completed we told him something, he said that was going to be coming back to fix it but he never did. He stopped communicating with us.

Robert never delivered on his promise to replace deck with a composite and build putting green. Left job incomplete with payment. His cell is not working. Have not been able to reach him. I think I have been ripped off. Do not hire this company!!!

I had a poorly draining mud patch of a yard. Robert came out for the estimate and took my ideas/wants and totally delivered! I was hoping to just regrade the yard to have it drain properly, but it turned out that a french drain was needed. Robert gave me an excellent price to install the drain. The crew knocked out this project in two days and did amazing work. I had a large paver patio installed along with a pet potty area to keep my grass green. The sod that was installed was bright green and really fresh from the farm. All of their had work has really set my yard apart. It is a much more inviting space and really makes "outdoor living" a reality for me. I would use 5 Star Landscaping again!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I paid $15,750 to have major landscaping done for front and back of my house and had everything written down on the agreement. Robert did not honor his work, he tried to nickel and dime me after paying a large amount of money, my plants died under the 6 month warranty and he did not replace any plants which are many that died, did not complete the job by balancing the sprinklers to hit the new plants, was rude, and late all the time and very unprofessional at torture by always trying to get more money out of us.

5 Star Landscaping was super responsive from the beginning! They contacted me right away. The quote was given quickly. Robert sent many pictures with examples of work they have done. They revamped our patio home yard with pavers, rocks, plants and took down a dead palm tree. We wanted a clean low maintenance look. Everything they did way great. Our neighbor used them after seeing our yard. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Nice guys! Great work!

Robert was easy to communicate with during the quoting process. His team completely delivered on the time-frame quoted and did an excellent job within the scope of work discussed. They even did things I would consider to have been out of scope including taking some weeds out and general cleaning of the work space. I am super satisfied with the work done and if an issue came up it was quickly and promptly addressed. The final product was absolutely worth the cost and I wouldn't hesitate at all to use 5 Star Landscaping again in the future.

5 Star Landscaping was an incredibly fast and easy company to work with. I was originally quoted a day and a half to turn my flooding, gravel-filled back area into a turf paradise for our dogs, complete with french drains that take our drainage all the way out to the street, but they actually completed the work in one day - without taking shortcuts and while doing excellent work. I would definitely hire them again for any future landscaping project.

Brick and Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps - Install
5 Star replaced my small backyard with a patio and some additional landscaping which greatly enhanced the appearance and usability of the space. They were timely, efficient and courteous and I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting a new and improved look to their landscaping areas. Robert and his team were fantastic. Our entire yard, which we had neglected for while, was in desperate need of repair. We really weren’t sure what we wanted, but we knew we had a budget and needed a more low maintenance landscape. Robert took his time and asked us a lot of questions to get a feel for what we would like. He quickly made an assessment, suggested a design with various plantings, borders, sod and beddings. Which fit our needs perfectly. Robert and his crew transformed our yard into an attractive place where actually enjoy the view and being outside. Robert and his team Were always on time, finished the job as planned and communicated often with updates. I plan to hire him again for another project and highly recommend his work.
