Ariel was amazing, and his crew could not have been better - very professional, courteous and considerate! They painted the exterior of our home, fixed all wood rot, and assisted with a ceiling repair project. I highly recommend 5 Star Painting!

Ariel and his team were outstanding. My wife and I were both very apprehensive about removing the popcorn ceiling texture. We had heard nothing but horror stories. But 5 star came into our home, covered everything with drop-clothes and went to work. Four days later, as promised, they were done. Great job, on time and on budget. They even patched numerous faults in our ceiling and made it look like new. I was so pleased with their work that I'm hiring them again to do more paint work in my home. To me, thats better than 5 Stars!

I cannot say enough about Ariel and his crew. He has been so wonderful to work with. He is honest and fair. The work they do is amazing! Best contractor I have EVER worked with!

The entire experience was a good one. The estimate was accurate. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and very hard working. The work was completed on time and the quality is excellent. The look of the new knockdown texture makes the whole house look better. I would hire them again in a heartbeat (actually, I did).

Ariel, one of the owners of 5 Star Painting is very dishonest. He is a "big talker" and makes promises he does not keep. He does not back up what he says he and his company will do. He never accepts responsibility for his "big talk". He avoids the issues and there is always an excuse. I waited on his crew for 3 weeks. The crew showed up 2 days late on a Saturday which only gave them two days to do the job, before I had to leave town. To add insult to injury, I had to call Ariel (he did not call me) to find out if they were going to show up on time, when I was informed they would be 2 days later than scheduled. He said he forgot to call !!!! I found that very unprofessional. When the crew finally showed up 2 days late, it was on Saturday, May 14. They didn't even put in a full days work because it was the foreman's birthday and they had to go party. At the end of the work day at 2:00 PM on Saturday, Ariel showed up to check on the work. I told him that I was not happy with the quality of work. I told him that the painters were not doing what he and I discussed. They were actually creating more work than necessary. He tried to tell me that he must have misunderstood what I wanted, when in reality, I was told later that the foreman and workers were never told what to do. ( I found it very strange he would say that because he and I walked the whole job site when he was trying to get the job and I was very clear what I wanted done.) After our discussion, He then said they would return on Monday and he wanted ME to work with the foreman, Eddie, on the front of the house until that part was finished the way I wanted! Really???!!! I'm paying them and Ariel wants me to supervise the foreman??? I then requested that If I had to do that, I wanted him to be here too, so that there would not be anymore misunderstandings. He agreed, however, he did NOT show up at all on Monday or call me. I am till yet to see him here to check on the job. I called him last night, Monday May 16th to request a meeting with him and the other owner of the company to do a walk thru on Friday May 20th, when I return back in town. He agreed that we could meet and he was told by the foreman that the job was completed and good to go! I told him I was very unhappy and it was NOT "Good to go". In the meantime, I am still perplexed as to how Ariel could misunderstand what work needed to be done, because he and I walked thru the whole job site, when he was trying to get the work and I was very clear to him what I would like done. He said the whole job would take only 2 days. Contrary to what he said, the job is only about 1/2 to 2/3 finished at the end of not quite 2 days because of the party on Saturday and more than 1/2 of what work they did is very poor quality from rushing to finish the job, bad caulking and some areas not sanded or caulked. They just painted over it. I now have to get another company to come in, repair the poor quality and finish the job. With a

These guys were great and fast. They did my entire house and trim (2 coats) in 2 1/2 days. They were here at 0730 and stopped at 5pm everyday. Very professional guys. Unbelieveable price and I bought the best paint money could buy. They even did an impromptu painting job on the interior to my stairwell and upstairs hallway. Priceless!!

We were very impressed with 5 Star Painting. They did a wonderful job on our kitchen cabinets. They were professional and very easy to work with. They completed the job within the time frame provided and performed very high quality work. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend to others!
