We hired 5Star to power wash then seal the driveway, walkway, porch and lanai. From the start, they were professional. Haydon kept us informed on when the work would be completed. They arrived on time, and did an excellent job. We removed our furnishings from the lanai and porch, but needn't have done it - they would have done it for us. They did put it all back for us. From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with 5 Star and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The work was efficiently performed to our satisfaction. They removed the furniture both front and back and cleaned the mold from the house, driveway, and lanai. They sanded the pavers and gave 2 coats of sealer on the pavers. They did a great job and would use them again. Haydon and Danny were great! They go the extra mile to satisfy their customer.

Haydon of 5 Star came out and gave us quote and a date that he would do the work. He kept the promised schedule and did the work over a couple of days which was part of plan. Their customer service, work quality and the value for the money was excellent! We liked them so much we scheduled a 2 year follow up and if needed we will repeat the process with Haydon and 5 Star Maintenance! Great job Haydon! Thank you!!

I hate to give a bad review to a small business owner, but I want to help others not have my experience. I met with Haydon and liked his story and we agreed on the scope of work and price. After that, nothing was the same. He said he would be here doing the work. He sent someone else and never contacted me to explain why. He said he would clean the pavers on one day and it needed to completely dry and he would put the sealant down the next day. His employee did both on the same day. When the employee showed up the next day to put the furniture back on the lanai, we noticed the sealant did not work properly and there were many areas that it did not attach to, as well as many areas that had white bubbles. From there the conversations and texts from Haydon were completely unprofessional as he laughed at me and ridiculed me as we discussed the job performed. He came back to fix the job but just cleaned off the driveway and not the lanai. He did not get off all of the sealants on the driveway but did manage to spray out most of my sand between the pavers and, now, I will need to pay someone to strip both areas and re-sand between the pavers. There are many more details, but the bottom line is, STAY AWAY FROM 5 STAR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE AND PRESSURE WASHING!

Excellent job ,the pavement and house sparkle. Patio are was black with mold and they got it all cleaned up. They were prompt, informative and professional. Am going to recommend them to my friends. If I could give 10 STARS I would.

Hayden and his employee were very professional and polite. They showed up for the job on time and did a very good job of pressure washing our pavers and pool cage and an excellent job of sealing the pavers. They cleaned up well after themselves and I would hire them again.

The roof had to first be cleared of debris from overhanging oak trees. While one young man cleaned the roof, the second cleaned the trim. For an additional $50 they power washed the driveway, a small stone patio & a wooden back deck.

Hayden did an outstanding job. Ordered and used a sealer that I specified. Did a quality job of power washing and sealing of my driveway and entryway. Pleasure to deal with and very professional. I will use him again.

Hayden id a fantastic job. We needed our lanai power washed before we got new carpeting. his work was fantastic and noticed we also had a mold issue that he took care of with a deep cleaning and a bleach wash. We had moved in a year ago and was a big eye sore. Now it looks brand new and my neighbor came over and will hire them also. I am extreamly happy. Under budget over other estimates I had and a great job. What more could you ask for! Don't let them get away. Hire as soon as they call you! Customer service was also great.

5 Star did a good job in cleaning my roof, and I am happy with the service.
