Very prompt follow-ups in providing estimate, preparing contract, incorporating customer feedbacks, scheduling, and service delivery. My project manager, Katina N*, was very attentive, courteous and honest throughout the project timeline. More importantly, her proficiency in operating a drone was instrumental to capture over the roof jobs and the visual update was valuable until the completion of the job. By the way, the roof was replaced in one business day by the hard working crewmen and great management as well as cooperating Mother Nature.
