Frank and his brother Angelo did an excellent job installing our new bathroom tile. The project was more complicated than expected and they worked out all the kinks. They were reliable and very easy to work with. I highly recommend them. the new floor looks beautiful! Thank you for a job well done!

Really nice work at a fair price and very well communicated on all services. Left the area spotless and the work looks better than new. Would not hesitate to use them for additional home repair work. To update- a week later, the tiles look fantastic!

Frank is a very personable and professional guy. Outstanding customer service. Very responsive and on time. Cleaned up after job. Had me check the work before payment. Mine was a small job that one contract said was too small. I highly recommend Frank and Top Notch!

I thought that he went above and beyond of what we originally had him came for. We are pleasantly surprised.
