Although we had 5 Star Roofing repair our roof in 2019, due to Hurricane Ian we had some needed repairs to be done. They were exstemely professional, neat and on time. They did excellent repair work so that you don't even see the repairs made. I highly reccommend this company, fair prices, excellent customer service and care shown to our roof repairs.

These guys are a complete joke. Do not let their reviews fool you. None responsive. Took a deposit and had me sign the permit and ran. Tried contacting them for over a month and got zero response. You call and their voicemail box is full. I had to stop payment on the check I mailed them. Now I understand that FL got hit by a hurricane and workers are absolutely maxed out with work. Sorry but I started engaging with these guys back in October of 2022. I had my lanai repaired and in FL there are almost as many lanais as roofs. They communicated that they were busy. Not 5 Starr...Very quick to get a check and ghost out. They have ZERO communication. If you guys are too busy say so. If you guys do not want the job say so. Do not take a check and send over a permit to ghosts out for a month +.

Would highly recommend! They had the product we were looking for. Very friendly and answered every question we had. The crew that worked on our house was fantastic! Very friendly and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day. I would highly recommend 5 Star Roofing.

Jay is not a man of his word. He promised the moon when selling me on his company and himself but fell way short of his promises to complete the job. I had to finish caulking the whole house and he never replaced all the fascia boards per contract. He has all his money but job still not complete over 6 months. He promised many times to be back on Monday to complete, not sure which Monday or what year that Monday will be. Never never do business with this company .
