Although we had 5 Star Roofing repair our roof in 2019, due to Hurricane Ian we had some needed repairs to be done. They were exstemely professional, neat and on time. They did excellent repair work so that you don't even see the repairs made. I highly reccommend this company, fair prices, excellent customer service and care shown to our roof repairs.

These guys are a complete joke. Do not let their reviews fool you. None responsive. Took a deposit and had me sign the permit and ran. Tried contacting them for over a month and got zero response. You call and their voicemail box is full. I had to stop payment on the check I mailed them. Now I understand that FL got hit by a hurricane and workers are absolutely maxed out with work. Sorry but I started engaging with these guys back in October of 2022. I had my lanai repaired and in FL there are almost as many lanais as roofs. They communicated that they were busy. Not 5 Starr...Very quick to get a check and ghost out. They have ZERO communication. If you guys are too busy say so. If you guys do not want the job say so. Do not take a check and send over a permit to ghosts out for a month +.

Jay is not a man of his word. He promised the moon when selling me on his company and himself but fell way short of his promises to complete the job. I had to finish caulking the whole house and he never replaced all the fascia boards per contract. He has all his money but job still not complete over 6 months. He promised many times to be back on Monday to complete, not sure which Monday or what year that Monday will be. Never never do business with this company .

Tony and son repaired my roof. Outstanding service and knowledge. Tony explained everything that needed to be done to fix my problem. I highly recommend 5 Star for your roofing needs.

Tony and the guys were great right from the beginning. Told them insurance dropped us and needed it done as soon as possible! They showed up next day gave an estimate and was okay with me getting another. We signed a contract Tony explained the processes and drew the permit and they were stripping the roof in a week. Getting shingles was a slight problem but that wasn't on them (shortage of shingles) when they did arrive they returned the next day to finish the Job! My hat is off to Tony and the crew that did our house! Very professional and very clean! Thanks guys would recommend you to all!

Tony came out to give me and estimate for a leak in my roof, and I was ecstatic to hear he could repair it the next day. The price was acceptable and since it was rainy season, time was of the essence. He came at the time he established, did the repair, and assured me I should never have a problem with that leak again. I would highly recommend 5 Star for any roofing needs.

Tony took great care of our leaking problem. The repair didn't get to set up for enough time before it rained so it still leaked some. But as soon as I called him he came back out and dried everything and resealed. Since then it has rained a couple times and we have not so much as had a little drip! I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use their service again!!

Tony was the best! He was very friendly and curtious. He kept me up to date with the progress every step of the way! And that's special because I was 1700 miles away! Would definitely recommend him, especially to people who are Leary about dealing with contractors and don't understand what needs to be done.
