He has helped us with our clients recover from mold cleaning with deep cleaning. With his method the can contaminants from the sub floor. Two clients in particular have recovered from mold illness due to this process.

I could have done an equal job renting equipment from the local supermarket. My expectation was the carpet would be professionally cleaned meaning better than I could do myself. I was not impressed. The outer fringes where carpet meets other flooring material was just as dirty after as before. I will hire a more corporately represented entity in the future.

Sorry Jerry! We hired them to clean our carpets. Initially, it was okay, no better nor worse than others. As someone mentioned before, he was very interested in selling Electrolux Air Purifiers -- as both my husband an I have bad allergies, we agreed the price was good and the company well-known (Electrolux). However, one of our stair steps (which were badly soiled: two 60 lb boxers and a large back yard) had to be cleaned 3 days later using my portable "Rug Doctor" as one of our dogs was sick. To my amazement (!) that particular stair actually came out cleaner than any the pro had done. Jerry came by about a week later to deliver something related to the air purifier and I showed him the step I had cleaned. He agreed to set up an appointment if I called within the next 2 weeks to re-do the stairs. He would charge the price of the solution (I suggested my own cleaner, he declined:) There was a "miss-communication" for the 1st re-appointment but he arrived early for the 2nd. I was there when he left and he advised that what appeared to be stains remaining were shadows. I left for an appointment and returned 4 hours later. Much to my dismay, my feet actually "squished" walking up the stairs which were sopping wet and still appeared totally soiled. Pulled out my Rug Doctor and spent 1-1/2 hours going over each stair and pulled up enough water (filthy) to kill a house plant. While his price was reasonable but no less than many others, when I have to spend my time and equipment to complete the job, it's way more than I would expect. I took pictures before, after, and the amount of water I sucked up 4 hours after he completed his work but know how to upload to reviews. I'll figure that out later. I don't know how well his crew of two is trained but with him supervising, I would expect much more.

Jerrry was fast to respond, timely and pleasant. He also did really well with removing stains in carpet and with upholstery cleaning. Not to mention the price was very reasonable.

This company did a fantastic job! They worked with me on my schedule and were very professional. The carpets looked amazing and more than met my expectations. They saturated the carpet in one room, I asked him if he wasn't going to vacuum up the water. He said no, it will dry in a couple hours. I used bath towels to sop up the water. They didn't do much in the room I really needed. The stains are still as bad as they were. He was more concerned about selling me an air purifier. If I didn't need one before I probably do now, probably have mold under that carpet

"We absolutely do not EVER soak a carpet. This is the first time anyone has said we do in 25 years. When we left the rooms were very clean and the customer saw this upon exit. I am not sure how the miscommunication happened but we do clean the air while we are there if the customer wants it done. We offer to leave the air cleaner running as long as the customer wants, at no charge. If they ask if they can keep one in their home, we tell them how to do that. We do not try to sell on our jobs and give the information out only if the customer ask for it. I am sorry for the misunderstanding but when we left the home none of this was an issue and we only heard about this many weeks later. We always offer a money back guarantee for any reason so this really caught us unaware."

They arrived, they were in and out very quickly. They got all the stains out and everything up, including gum. I am amazed. They took there time and were very courteous. I checked rates with multiple companies and they were best priced company and able to get the work done in a day. I was here for part of the time and I felt comfortable leaving them in my home while I ran some errands. Trustworthy company.
