5K COMMERCIAL ROOFING LLC

We had our roof replaced in July 2022. We believe that the work was done properly. However, I needed an invoice or a roofing certificate from the insurance company to reduce my premium payments. I have been asking for this document since mid-September. My last communication from Andy was on 10-17-2022. It is now Dec 19, 2022. I have been ghosted ever since. I have left messages at two different Dellisanti businesses as well as his cell phone. No response or the courtesy of an explanation.

I hired this firm in October of 2020. It is now April 1st, 2021 and the excuses continue. There has been no one show up. NEVER STARTED JOB.

We recently had our master bathroom remodeled by Dellisanti Construction. It was a major project which included removing a large glass block window from an exterior wall, removing a Jacuzzi, relocating the shower to the Jacuzzi space, transforming the old shower into a large linen closet, replacing the vanities, ceiling fans, and flooring, and painting the bath and attached master bedroom. We also requested the minimal threshold for the shower entrance (two inches) and not the standard four or six inch curbs. Although the project's start date was a bit behind the original prediction, once the project began we were extremely pleased with Dellisanti's professional crew who tackled this project. The owner, Andy, met with us over the course of the project from our initial meeting, proposal presentation, modifications, and selection strategies for products. He was patient and kind as we made updates during the process and he tried his best to deliver the finished project on time and on budget. Andy's spouse Jillian was also very helpful with design choices and overall project management. Big shout out to Andy's wonderful crew: Bryan, George, Dave, Bree and Cory who did the majority of our work from demo to completion. They were careful in our home and did their best to clean up (as much as possible given the inherent mess of such a project) at the end of the day. They came back after the project was complete to address the few minor issues we had (e.g., paint touch up, mirror installation). All the workers were friendly, talented, and efficient. and could not have been more engaging or nice to work with. We all felt very comfortable with them in our home. Andy subcontracted some of the plumbing, electrical work, shower tiling and shower door. All of the craftsman did very good work. A member of the Dellisanti crew was always there when a subcontractor began his portion of the project to address the logistics of the project. In addition, the subcontractors communicated directly with us with any additional questions they had (e.g., placement of grab bars, mirrors, light fixtures, etc.) The only significant problem we encountered was a delay caused by a supplier that Dellisanti relied on for the cabinets. This was especially frustrating because the supplier could not provide information about how long the delay would last. Andy scheduled around this as much as possible but it did shut the project down for a short time. We understand that Andy no longer uses this supplier for cabinets so this situation shouldn't be a problem for future customers. Overall we rate Andy and the entire crew very highly. We would not hesitate to recommend them for remodeling projects.

My garage is awesome!!! Andy built us an incredible 22 x 38 foot garage. He was able to match the siding, gutters, stonework, and roofing to our home. It looks like the garage was built with our home. The communication during the entire process was outstanding and the quality put in to the garage is unmatched. I would definitely recommend Dellisanti Construction for any building/remodeling needs. Great Job!!

My first experience with Dellisanti construction was a deck on the back of out house. Came out wonderful, received many compliments on it. After the deck was installed, we had them renovate our lake home and could not be happier. The process was smooth right from the beginning. Great communication with the owners and the crew. Very knowledgeable and organized. They had a lot of ideas which made it easy for me as I was uncertain on many of the changes. The craftsmanship was exceptional.

The quality of their work is excellent, but project completion went way beyond timeline! Communication with office manager and project manager was not very organized; office manager likes to accuse customers of scheduling difficulties, but found office manager and project manager to be unresponsive and unorganized. This is a small company, so the disorganization with communication and scheduling was a bit of a surprise. Owner, Andy is fabulous! When explained the main reason for bathroom reno project was due to my Mom who is a stroke survivor coming to stay with us, he made it a priority to get the job completed, but project still wasn't completed in the time frame originally stated, which unfortunately resulted in work still having to be done when my Mother arrived. This company has the potential to be great, but needs to stress professionalism and customer response/service to their office manager, project manager and workers.

We hired Andy and Jillian to do a major remodel when we bought a new house at the beginning of 2014: kitchen, bathrooms, all-new flooring and carpeting throughout, and stairway. They far exceeded our expectations. Always kept us advised of schedule and always came in on budget. We hired them again in 2015 to re-side a second house in preparation to sell. They came in on schedule and budget again, and allowed us to sell for 95% of asking price, greatly increasing the value of other homes in the neighborhood. We recouped all of the investment on the siding and then some. I wouldn't consider using another contractor. We'll be using them again.

As with all projects, there were snags along the way. But I am very pleased with how Andy and his people worked with us and made things right. I will consider Dellisanti Construction for future projects.

Roof, gutters and facias contracted. Long lead time to get started. Small crew. Freezing weather but the guys did it all. Craftsmanship and product excellent. On price, on estimated time.

This contractor was one of the easiest I have ever worked with in my 30 years of doing business with designers and contractors. They did super quality work, were able to change direction quickly, and all involved from the owner, the PM, and the tradesmen, were professional. They completely remodeled 3 bathrooms in two phases in 5 weeks.

Great design offering. Craftsmanship of the Team was better than most and very easy to work with on minor modifications.
