Santos fixed a deck that was a bad install from another vendor. He did an outstanding job! Very professional. Definitely would hire him again.

You will never find a better contractor than Santos from 5S Renovation. He completely transformed my house! When I purchased my old family home, it was in total disrepair. But it is sentimental and I wanted a contractor who would help me restore it to its original beauty. Santos came in and provided the best service and best quality work I could have asked for. I’d get on the client list now because this level of quality work and professionalism is hard to find in any contractor. 5S work: - completely renovated my kitchen from top to bottom - replaced the entire house floors - replaced almost all the windows - added structural support beams where needed - coordinated and project managed the installation of my AC unit - removed a huge dying tree from my front yard - reinforced my ceiling - installed fans & appliances The list can continue. Water leak and whole house needed drywall replaced, painted and baseboards. Also, had two rooms tiled instead or carpet.

Replaced damaged wood flooring expertly done. Tub conversion to shower,tiling done very well.
