I must say, Elusive Solutions were great, Jonathan and Leroy installed my security system and everything went well. Both guys were professional and answered any and all questions that I had. If you’re looking to have a security system or any other services that they offer I highly recommend them to do the job. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

After the install had a few minor issues which Jonathan came out to handle the 1st one. Now the Ring doorbell is having intermitant issues and he won't respond. I called him one time to inform him and then as the issue continued to happen he has ghosted me. I text him with no response. Customer service after the sale is not there at all. I guess you have to be a big business to get his attention. Not again, ever.

I was in need of relocating an existing camera and a possible security doorbell I called Elusive Solutions and Jonathan came out within an hour and had everything done in less than 30 mins! He even adjusted our phones with security settings. Professional, Personable and Knowledgable. I would highly recommend skipping the rest and reach out to Elusive Solutions to get your security needs done right the first time and with very reasonable rates.
