On Friday, David asked for money. I gave him another $3K. I've already paid him about $30K. He said he'd be back on Monday, but he just disappeared, his phone stopped working, all of the business phones stopped working (not accepting calls). He never finished laying pavers or synthetic turf or the fountain I bought from him and he did not erect the gazebo I paid him to erect. The outdoor kitchen is also left almost totally unfinished. He told me a couple of weeks ago that his entire team of workers in Phoenix got deported, so I believe the business is in trouble. I am calling the police and an attorney.

My experience was just great. He gave me a fair quote for removing my sidewalk, removing the tree that had caused the sidewalk to buckle, removed the tree stump and roots, replaced the sidewalk, cleaned up all the litter left from doing the work and is returning Monday to remove the wood forms for the sidewalk.
