Everything you’re looking for in a roofing company. They maintain a crew (Tony and Tony) specifically for repairs, so while many other large companies can’t be bothered with small jobs, 5 Starr has a crew solely for repairs. We called, Tony and Tony came out the next morning (some other companies we contacted sent a salesperson), went up onto the roof AND into the attic, determined the cause of the leak, took photos and showed us, then, gave us quote while they were still there. They scheduled us ASAP, came out on-time and did the work as promised in the time stated. They took pictures throughout the job so we could see what was done. Totally professional in every way. The price was very reasonable. We recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

Highly recommended. Replaced flat roof over my Florida room. Showed up day after I reached out to review and provided quote on the spot, which came in lower than others I had previously talked to. Completed the work a week later as promised, on schedule. One of the best experiences I have had with any contractor. Inspector even noted the quality of materials and workmanship during the process. A+ overall!

Great service and results. I'm writing this 3 months after Jay and his guys repaired both of my roofs. They did a great job. Very professional. Even with the crazy summer rain storms interrupting their schedule, they made multiple trips and got the job done. Now that we have a patio roof with no leaks we are spending lots of time enjoying the fresh air. Ivette was also a pleasure to work with. Would recommend them to anyone who needs repairs.
