Job was done. It looks terrible. It took him four days to remove trash.

"thanks for the feedback [Member Name Removed], one thing I don't understand is why you had me cut it down to the stump to see if it would grow back we both knew how it was going to look when it was finished there was no other way to cut it unless you remove the whole tree."

Look elsewhere for tree trimming if you actually want the trees trimmed. He did follow through with painting 2 citrus tree trunks, but in doing so painted stone trim and brand new artifical turf white, which is on us to repair. Total regret.

I just moved into a house with a very large overgrown back yard. I contracted with Dean to remove a number of trees and shrubs. The job was conducted in 2 phases. The first was the removal of about 8 trees and countless shrubs that were 6-7 ft tall. Phase 2 was the removal of 8 trees, including a 65 foot tall pine tree and another 60 foot, half dead, tree that reached over half of my house. He removed all trees, ground down the stumps, fertilized my palms, cleaned all debris, and hauled everything away. His price could not be beat! Thank you Dean!

Dean, was an absolute professional and very good at what he does. The work he did with my trees was exceptional and his extensive experience was evident with the outstanding results. He also removed a lot of rock from my property and did a great job. I highly recommend Dean for any outdoor job.

The trimming was great, but there was roof damage because of a falling branch. Dean agreed to fix it himself, but after several requests over several months, he has not fulfilled that commitment.

After telling 5 Star that our big mesquite needed more trimming they left without doing so. Also said that the job was under bid and that it was more work than planned.

Dean Reeder was most helpful buy explaining my current needs and his recommendations. I accepted the proposal and scheduled work the same week. Awesome! He or the office manager contacted me several times to advise me on expected arrival times as work was expanded to a second day in order to acquire a preferred tree from a non-local source. Watering schedule and future maintenance plans were explained. Cleanup and all service was completed to my satisfaction.
