I hired 5 Star Window Cleaning to clean my gutters. They did an amazing job under a tight timeline. Walt was professional, courteous and demonstrated a strong customer service focus. I felt I received a great value for the service. I highly recommend 5 Star.

Walt was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly even though the work was in Waukesha (they are based in Dane County) and was on site two days after requesting the service. Walt followed up with confirming calls and showed up on time and completed the job in less than 1 hour. He was thorough and did a great job. Will strongly recommend Walt and will look forward to calling him again in the future.

The repesentative was very friendly. He went above and beyond by repairing one of my downspouts and he was also able to remove a clog from a drain that was buried underground. He was fabulous!

Excellent our service was done by Walt. He arrived right on time. Cleaned our windows very quick and well. I would definitely recommend him again. He was very polite, professional and helpful.

In the end the service was completed and my gutters are clean and working as expected. But we did run into some issues with how the job was done. The mess from cleaning the gutters was just left everywhere. Our deck was covered in leaves, pine needles, etc. One of the down spouts was still clogged and all of the debris was just left in the yard. I did reach out about the issues and he apologized and said he would return the following afternoon to clean. But after he arrived 3 hours late, tried to charge an extra $100, and had my wife just pay his personal Venmo account. I just wanted the experience to be over.

I'm very impressed with 5 Star Window Cleaning. Walt was prompt, courteous, professional and did a great job for a very reasonable price. I've already recommended him to friends, neighbors and a Realtor friend who may contract with him to ready homes for sale.
