My fiberglass in‑ground pool had started losing water every night, and I was sure I had a major leak. I even consulted AI to help me find a reputable company, and several options came up — but because of Jade’s knowledge, friendliness, and fair pricing, I chose 600Monkeys. I’m glad I did. They came out and performed a complete inspection and pressure test on my entire system. I was worried the repair might require breaking up my concrete pool decking, but thankfully it didn’t. They discovered that the valves near my pump were sun‑rotted and leaking. They recommended replacing them, and that simple fix solved the problem. What could have cost thousands ended up being only a few hundred dollars. A lot of companies could have exploited what was wrong with my pool and where it was leaking. The presenting issue seemed bad. It was losing 6 plus inches of water a week. The guys isolated the issue down to a seam around the skimmer. From what I understand, a lot of companies would have recommended replacing the entire skimmer. 600 monkeys advised that it wasn’t necessary because there was nothing wrong with the skimmer itself, only the seam around it needed to be resealed. On top of that, he’s stuck around for an additional 10 to 15 minutes and really explained my pool equipment and answered my questions as I just bought the home about six months ago. I highly recommend these guys if you find yourself in need of a pool leak detection company. They are fairly priced and very knowledgeable.
