Business Parking Lot Striping
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. We scheduled Kings Highway Asphalt to stripe our newly paved commercial parking lot and had discussed the work and pricing in advance. They arrived in a pickup truck with a small enclosed trailer, but did not bring the stencils needed to complete the job we had discussed. When we questioned this, we were actually told that they don?t have enough room in the trailer to carry all of their stencils. If you?re coming to a scheduled commercial striping job, I would expect the necessary equipment and stencils for that particular job to be brought with you. To make matters worse, once they arrived, they also attempted to charge us more than the price we had previously agreed upon. We had just invested in having this lot newly paved and specifically scheduled a professional company to finish it properly. Instead, they arrived without the materials necessary to do the agreed-upon work and then tried to change the price.

"We arrived to complete a parking lot striping job originally being 7 spaces total. Layout had been sent to us via text of what was wanted and price was agreed upon via phone. Upon arrival at parking lot. Customer changed scope of work to 5 more parking spaces as well as stencil work and hatch mark boxing areas for no parking areas. We are more than happy to do additional work on the fly. After discussing with client that this would be an additional charge to original price. He declined and become frustrated. We were asked to leave property. I would also like to note that we were called by this customer because he was "not pleased" with the previous striping contractor. I believe that the quality of our work can be seen on our gallery of pictures throughout all of our platforms and our happy customers. Sadly with this client we were not able to reach an agreement due to cost."

While it took a while for Kings Highway to start the project, their work was outstanding. What a professional team! I highly recommend Julio and his team. My neighbor was so impressed, he contacted them for his driveway, They leveled the driveway and made sure the water runoff was away from the house. If you are contemplating which contractor to use...you will be pleased with Kings Highway.

I was delighted with the job that Kings Highway Asphalt did in replacing my driveway. Julio measured, outlined and clearly explained the scope of the project. Subsequently, he and his crew completed the project as promised. Several of my neighbors have commented about how nice my driveway looks. I was further delighted by the fact that Kings Highway Asphalt was also the lowest of the three bids that I received. I would recommend them highly.

Julio and his crew came to pave my newly renovated house. He worked together with inspector to provide for proper drainage which was very tricky. Julio and his crew worked seamlessly to pave my driveway with 3" of blacktop. They were fast efficient and clean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to pave their driveway

Julio was very responsive, kept in touch, made each appointment on time or early. Very polite and professional Good attention to detail. Estimate was very reasonable comparatively and was exactly what I paid. No hidden fees. Estimate was received in timely fashion. I met with 4 other companies and got the best over all vibe from this co. Their process was different than other pavers. Used a milling machine. I researched this method, which is the same used by highway depts. which put down much more asphalt than my driveway needed. I believe this made the process streamlined and was completed more quickly. Don't be afraid of it. Worked great and makes a lot of sense.

Excellent job on a 1400 sq ft driveway with a decent slope. Priced reasonably. Showed up on time, with the proper machinery, and finished the job in one day. I waited 2 weeks to post a review to be sure there were no issues. There weren't, and the driveway looks great. I would certainly recommend Julio and his crew.
