I wanted to improve appearance of my older home with new facia ,soffit, window capping and vinyl siding. It was a very difficult job since it had many offsets , concrete window sills that had to be removed, and many other complicated issues. Ed allowed me to participate in the process. The job was excellent . Now it looks like a new house. Ed is an ''old school'' construction pro who doesn't take shortcuts.

We needed some vinyl siding replaced that was damaged. Ed came over immediately and gave us a price. He showed up on time to do the work within two days and did an excellent job. He is also a terrific honest hard-working individual. He went over and above the call of duty by going to the siding store and picking up the siding the same day we spoke with him. He left the worksite very clean and finished in a timely manner. We would definitely hire him for other home-improvement and handyman projects

I hired Ed to replace the metal trim around my garage door. He gave me a very reasonable price which I accepted and he started the job. Right from the beginning I could tell that the ratings he was previously given were right on the money. He completed the job within the 2 hour estimate and I was very happy with the results. I will definitely hire him again.

I hired Ed because he has an Excellent rating and now I know why. He was hired to install 2 storm doors. After he started with the job he quickly ran into a problem with rotted wood which was under the sill plate and also damaged the entry door. Ed replaced the entry door and frame then installed the new storm door after fabricating a new door sill plate. He continued to install the second storm door and then cleaned up everything completely. I am going to hire Ed again in the near future to do another door. Ed is a great guy and a professional contractor that I would Highly Recommend. Thank you Ed for doing such an Outstanding job.

I had wood rot in the surround of my garage door. Ed removed all the bad wood, replaced it and installed new vinyl around the door. He is professional, and is very easy to work with. I highly recommend him for any exterior wood and vinyl work on your house

I hired 658 Belair too paint my two garage doors he assured me that he knew how to make it look brand new Upon my arrival home from my appointment I noticed that my garage doors look like a complete and utter disaster when I asked him to fix it not only did he refused but said it is not worth is the time! It is my feeling that he does not care about his customers and it money over Quality with this company! You get what you pay for.

Ed pays attention to detail and delivers. He replaced the trim and painted the shutters on my house and they look terrific. Ism hiring him again to replace a few windows. If you need a home improvement job of any kind, call Ed.

Hard working and honest.

I contacted three contractors for estimates to remove and replace water damaged band board on the entire exterior of my home in Murrell's Inlet. I chose 658 Belair (Ed) as he seemed knowledgeable and experienced. Ed did a fine job on my home and did so for a fair price. I would recommend this contractor to others without hesitation.

He came when he said he would....repaired my backdoor threshold, It looks like new. and he has a nice personality. I would hire him again. and his prices are reasonable. thank you, Ed, for a job well done.....

Ed was great. Very personable, flexible, and great work. I have 2 huge front wood doors that swelled from moisture. Couldnâ t open them. Ed fixed them in short order and they work great. Saved me a huge expense from having to replace.

Ed is a professional did a great job replacing siding that was damaged by weed eater .Ed also was able to bend aluminum trim around the garage door and make it look new. Very reasonable knowledgeable and showed up when he said he would.
