Very prompt response in-fact they came the next day. Cal was the licensed plumber who did our work. He was very professional, neat and knew exactly how to fix and prevent future problems from happening. In fact, while he was here two of my neighbors hired him for work on there homes. Very reasonable and would highly recommend.

Overpriced and lacking follow through. After spending $14,000 on a new unit, I have had 3 service calls in 3 months. Now when I call, I get the same response, â Iâ ll pass the request alongâ and have received no updated and meanwhile it is 84 degrees in my house.

On time, Javier was tech who provided very thorough semi annual maintenance job. Efficient, knowledgeable, cleaned everything. Explained the process, took his time to make sure ever was right

The salesperson, Will, was very knowledgeable and thorough with his assessment of our HVAC needs. The installation occurred 2 days after signing the paperwork and we are happy with the new unitâ s performance and efficiency. The customer service was excellent throughout the project.

Received several quotes from multiple vendors to replace upstairs and downstairs HVAC systems. 6 and Fix Heating and Cooling quote was the best as they had a wider selection of HVAC systems for a better price, and warranty. Did a great job!

I was told a quote included the replacement of a part, but when I received the quote the service was only for cleaning of the part...same price. Had to call multiple times to discuss.

Installers arrived on time and with all the things they needed to get the job done. They worked steadily throughout the day and finished the job, installing AC and gas furnace, with no particular holdups.

Salesman showed up on a Sunday afternoon, listened to what I was looking for and tailored a solution to fit my needs, to included payment options and solutions. I got several estimates and the 6&Fix salesman was the only one that didn't either use pressure tactics, talk down other companies, assume we were ignorant of what we were purchasing, give a ridiculous price, or fail to understand our needs. The installers showed up as scheduled and installed the new system quicker than expected, cleaned up, loaded the old unit and were gone. So far, so good.

The workers were professional and there were no problems.

I liked the personal effects of the Field Representative and the workers. Did their job with respect and seen to know what they were doing. Very hospitable.

The tech Greg H went above and beyond for helping with financing. Customer Service was great. Kept in contact for all. Went above and beyond.
