Mr. Thompson was very helpful, displayed knowledge of plumbing, and walked me through taking pictures and sending them to him to help access the problem. He is prompt, courteous, friendly, and efficient. He performed the repairs in a timely manner. He explained the workings of the repairs when asked. His service was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Mr. Thompson. I would hire him gladly if needed again in the future.
