THE BEST! Geraldo is the most amazing person we have ever hired. Our kids had been stuffing washcloths down our bathtub drain for lord knows how long. Well we sure found out fast when I went to run a shower and absolutely no water was draining. My husband came in, flushed our toilet thatâ s when water started flowing out of our bathroom sink drain. I truly was so confused and at the same time knew we were in trouble. I first called three other plumbers thatâ s family had recommended but the prices were astonishing and wouldnâ t be available till the next day. I contacted Geraldo after looking up best plumbers around me and saw all his reviews. He was super quick to respond to me and calmed my nerves over the phone saying he would be here right away and to not worry he was going to find whatâ s going on and get it resolved for us. He arrived with a smile and great energy. Gave my dogs some amazing attention and gave high fives to all my children. My boys asked if they could watch and Geraldo was so kind and told them yes IF mom and dad say it okay. He was not at all annoyed, short or in a hurry with our children or us. When we found out that the problem was all the wash clothes backed up to the STREET! Geraldo took the time to explain how pipes work to my kids (and us ) and how things like toys and rags even baby wipes being flushed can cause big issues even bigger then what we had so we were lucky. He took time to walk us through every step he did and also installed a drain catcher for us! He was just simply the best! The price was more then reasonable especially considering other plumbers were giving me way higher prices. Yes it cost quite a bit, but pumping services do and for his work and time Iâ m mind blown the price wasnâ t twice as much as we paid! He is very far, very honest and a very pleasant professional worker.

I cannot say enough good things about Jerry and my experience with 703 Plumbers! I called him one Friday after having another plumber come to check my toilet/plumbing issue out who actually left me in worse condition than when he got there! My one and only toilet wasnâ t working at all now, and I was feeling stuck and frustrated. Jerry answered the phone and said he could come by in a couple of hours. He saw my situation and vowed that he would make sure I had a working toilet. Iâ m in a condo, and Jerry even worked with me to contact the maintenance department to help us work together so that he could deliver on his promise, and he did. Total life saver! And he didnâ t take advantage of my situation either. He is very fair, reasonable, and really did want to help me. And when one of the parts he replaced didnâ t quite fit, he came back the next day (a Saturday) and took care of the issue. I was so pleased with his professionalism and kindness that I had him fix other major plumbing issues in the house (replacing 3 main water valves, a new gas line behind my stove, and new shut-off valves at different place throughout the house). And when we hit a snafu in the work, he enlisted the help of another professional he knew to make sure the job got done. He was flexible with my schedule and was a pleasure to work with. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the whole process, and that is so rare to find these days. Jerry isnâ t just a good plumber, he is a wonderful human being. I donâ t usually write reviews, but he certainly deserves the praise. If you need a plumber, Jerry is a trustworthy, professional, and caring and I cannot recommend him enough.

703 Plumbers did a tremendous job replacing my kitchen sink garbage disposal. They also arrived early during a snowstorm (on 3/21/18) in order to snake my kitchen sink and make sure it was in good working condition. The work done was excellent, their customer service was top-notch and the prices quoted for the services provided were reasonable. I highly recommend 703 Plumbers.

The gentlemen arrived five minutes prior to our appointment to diagnose and repair what I thought to be a failing sump pump. They then educated me on the difference between a sump pump and injector pump, quickly identified the embarrassingly easy fix of opening a valve the children had apparently played with, and immediately fixed the problem. They had a laugh with me and were on their way without charging me for their drive out or time. I'll be going to them again.

Jerry was efficient and knowledgeable. When l called to schedule an appointment for later in the week, he said “œwhy not this afternoon.” He showed up on time, replaced a leaking shower faucet and installed a new garbage disposal which he hooked up to the dishwasher to eliminate and prevent frequent clogging, I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others,

Quick responce at a fair price. From the time I requested service on line for my clogged toilet to arrival was less than 2 hours. I received a fair quote over the phone of $75.00 and that is exactly what he charged me. I asked him about another issue with the toilet and he again gave me a fair quote and completed that job also. He is a very honest, knowedgable, fair, and professional plumber. I would recommend 703plumbers to my family and friends and to anyone reading this post.

Jerry is great person and very friendly. Does very good work. I had an emergency with my water main pipe leaking above the shutoff in the house. We noticed it late at night. I called multiple people about the issue and all said they do 24 hour emergency plumbing. Jerry was the only one that called me back. I was going to have the company that does my HVAC. They also do plumbing, but when I called for an emergency, even though I was a customer they just put me in line behind everyone else. So, I called Jerry back and he came right out. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Called on a Friday and he arrived Saturday AM and installed new faucet. Excellent service and work performed.

They arrived on time and were extremely professional and courteous. They removed my old water heater and replaced it in no time at all! They gave me great advice on how to maintain a healthy plumbing system. They were clean and fast and extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing need.

Very friendly and prompt service. Did a wonderful job with the work. Incredibly unfair pricing - had to stop work halfway through and hire another contractor with fair pricing. Borderline rip-off for price paid.

I called in the late evening and was given an appointment time for the next day. He was actually a little early in arriving, diagnosed the problem and went to buy the parts needed to repair my hot water heater. Despite getting caught in bad traffic getting back to my house (95 South in the afternoon) from the hardware store, I was not charged any additional for his time. He showed me the parts he was replacing so I could see the deterioration and cleaned up everything before leaving. I would highly recommend him.

Other companies I contacted couldn't get to my place on the day I called, but Gerry told me on the phone that he'd be there in an hour! Gerry checked out my slow/blocked kitchen sink, traced the problem down to the laundry room and determined the cause instead of just treating the symptom. He snaked the entire line and educated me on what I needed to buy for the laundry line to prevent the recurrence of the problem. Gerry was professional, courteous and funny. He also was very mindful of my newly installed floors and cabinets; worked efficiently but carefully. I will call him again if a need arises.

I have hired this plumber a couple times for clearing drains to toilet repair/install. This guy is very good and knowledgeable and quick. He's helped on a number of issues and has even offered consultation on preventive measures etc. Definitely recommend this plumber.

If I could give Jerry 6 stars I would. I had a problem with my drainage in the basement. I called Jerry and within two hours he was at my house and fixed my problem on the spot. Jerry is an honest man and did not over-charge me. Matter-of-factly he charged me less than what he had quoted me over the phone. I hired this plumber and he confirmed appointment after his current job. I asked if we can schedule after work hours and he said no because of "traffic" in the area, which i totally understand. He then asked me to txt him my address which I did. He said he'll be finished with his current job around 2-3 and will text when he's on his way. I notified my husband (who is also at work) and he immediately took the rest of the day off today. We received a text from him re-scheduling the work for tomorrow because he's still at Fredericksburg VA. Told us to find another plumber as he can't do it today. Meanwhile, I declined all other plumbers that was referred by Home Advisor since i already told these contractors that I hired 703 Plumbers. Very disappointed.

I needed to get the P-trap under my sink replaced. Jerry was quick and courteous. When we ran into some unexpected issues but he explained what he was doing as he worked through the job and stayed to finish the job even when it went well past what we had expected it to take initially. He made himself available for followup questions as well. highly recommend and will use again.

The plumber responded right away and within a couple hours on a Saturday. He was reliable and honest. I was desperate to get my only toilet fixed and he was so quick.
