Even though they were really busy and my project was a one-time only, I felt the communication was really poor. My contact never called to follow up with me on the job or explain to me what had been done to date. He also did not let me know of the chemicals that were used in my yard to kill weeds beforehand. I have pets it would have been nice to know upfront. I felt I was always initiating contact to find out when he was going to come and finish the job. Very poor communication. The job was not finished and we ended our contract mutually. I was not charged for the work that had been done, which was nice. They seem like a nice company, just not for small one-time jobs.

Nick was timely in providing a quote, completing the work, and asking for approval of work before payment. It has been great working with him.

The house looks much better than it did -but the detergent did not take all the fly poop off the house - which is not Nick’s fault. The deck needs a second coat of stain to make it look better. He was going to buff our camper - he must have ran out of time - I don’t know if he is coming back to finish or not. We were very impressed with Nick’s friendliness, eagerness to work, and how quickly the services were done.
