I called for specific small issues. When he came, Wil walked through my house with me, checked things out and gave me advice. He made recommendations but put no pressure on me to do extra work. He was very courteous and friendly. I believe the price I paid was fair. I will call him again if needed.

He was friendly, checked out the problem. He was unable to do a repair but offered an alternate solution which worked fine. The only problem, I asked for an invoice and he wrote one up but was a little vague about money details.
