Tom came out the day I called. My furnace and A/C were 40 years old., and I knew they neded replacement. He was very knowledgeable about both and answered my many questions. He was very professional, without any sales pressure. Fredo, Joe and Jason installed my Lennox equipment in one day. They put tarps down to protect my carpets , wore booties, and removed the old equipment. The house looked fine after they checked the new equipment and left. They all put up with my nosey great dane too ! I highly recommend 72 degrees and their friendly staff for all your HVAC needs.

"Miss K, I know there was some disappointment in that your air conditioning replacement turned into a full system replacement because the combustion chamber of the furnace was cracked and operating the furnace as it was installed would be dangerous. This additional work required makes us feel uneasy in suggesting the repairs but it was not done maliciously. Finding the compromised combustion chamber that would have leaked carbon monoxide into your home during winter operation and replacing the unsafe appliance was the safe and proper thing to do. I appreciate that the expense was not anticipated. Bruce"

We just had the heating and cooling system replaced in our home. The job was perfection from start to finish. The communication was great, always keeping us informed from the lady in the office to the sales rep to the installers. The Job was completed with no mess left behind. We also feel the pricing was very fair. We are very, very pleased!

I put in a job request the evening before our service call. Why do air conditioners always die when there is a week-long heat wave? Early morning contact from company. I was promised to be fit into that day's schedule in the afternoon if at all possible. Call back.....tech will be able to stop by at the end of his day. A third call back....tech can stop by within the next 30 minutes....he arrived just before noon! What a blessing!! He was SO nice. Explained the process and options. Answered all of my questions. Respectful of property, pets, and explained options that would save $$$. Really took into account what issues we were having and brainstormed ideas for solutions. Couldn't have been happier with the service and outcome. Thanks Thomas!!
