The service was great. I did get several estimates and 24 hour blinds gave me a fair price. I visited their showroom and the owner brought samples to my home as well. The blinds came in and were installed in about a week. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for the plantation shutters to come in and I should expect it would probably be 8 weeks. The shutters came and were installed after about 6 weeks. Matt did a great job with installation. He was quick and efficient and cleaned up after himself. In passing I mentioned the lock on my bedroom door was broken. He took a look at it and fixed it for me for free. I love my shutters and blinds!!!

I have used them twice and actually, we are considering using them right now.

We had previously used 72 Hour Blinds for our primary residence and were very happy with the service the owner, Nettie Kirkland, and her company had provided.  We were now in the process of renovating a 12 year old townhome that we had purchased as an investment property and needed to replace the old vertical blinds that were installed by the previous owner.  Nettie was very happy to come out to the property and provide a quotation.  She arrived as scheduled and proceeded to take measurements for the blinds.  She brought samples of both horizontal and vertical blinds for our consideration and made suggestions on the quality of the various options and on the best way to hang the blinds on two arched windows.  Nettie is very personable, is sensitive to your needs and your budget and is very professional.  We made our selections and gave her a check for the deposit.  She indicated that they would call us when the blinds were ready for installation.  About two weeks later, we received a call that they were ready to come back and install the new blinds.  The installation specialist arrived when scheduled and proceeded to do the installation.  He was very efficient, did a great job and removed all of the packing material upon completion of the job.  Very satisfied with Nettie and her staff. <br />

It went great.  Nettie's son Matt came and installed the new shades.  Both he and Nettie are very professional and helpful.  The shades were installed quickly, and they really do the job of keeping the sun out of that room.  I give 72 Hour Blinds the highest recommendation. <br />

The selection process was easy and pleasant. Nellie was very helpful.  It did take 2 weeks longer than the 10 days estimated for delivery.  The installation was done quickly and professionally.  Love my shades!

Nettie was very nice and friendly.  She came to my house twice to measure the size and the price is reasonable.  Matt and Greg installed the shutters for me.  They were very professional and friendly.  The windows with shutters are beautiful and I am happy with them.  I would recommend them to anybody. <br />

<p>Stopped by the showroom in Oviedo and talked with Nettie before scheduling an in home estimate. Nettie provided the in home estimate within a couple of days of talking with her. She arrived on time and brought several large books containing different window treatment options. My wife and I were overwhelmed by the sheer number of choices, but we gave Nettie an idea of what we wanted and she helped us select the perfect roller shades for our sliding glass doors. We also had plantation shutters throughout the house except in one room and she helped us match the new shutter with our existing ones. Our job came in two separate orders and Nettie's son Matt showed up promptly when scheduled on both occasions and installed the roller shades and later the plantation shutter. I was really impressed by Matt's skill and he was quite a character to boot. Our only beef is inadequate communication from the office staff. The plantation shutters took several weeks to arrive and I had to initiate the phone calls on a couple of occasions to find out when the shutter was due. This was just a minor annoyance however, and I would have no qualms with using them again. </p> <br />

Nettie was very professional and responsive as far as getting the measurements, arriving on time, and providing advice.  After that, the experience went downhill.  The order was in two parts, the blinds and plantation shutter.  The blinds were supposed to be in in one week.  I didn't hear from the company, and called them after two weeks.  The blinds were in and they hadn't  called me to schedule the installation.  However, the installer who came out was very professional and fast. <br /> The same thing happened with the plantation shutter.  They were supposed to be in within 6 to 8 weeks.  Because I hadn't heard anything, I called after 8 weeks, and was told they would be in the next week.  I called the next week after not hearing anything, and was told the order had been lost and the shutter would be in the next week.  I waited until Thursday of the following week, and after not hearing anything, called again.  I was told the shutter was in and they were just getting ready to call me.  Again, the installer who came out was very professional. <br /> I would say the ordering and installation was very professional.  However general customer service and follow-up is lacking, making this a very frustrating experience. <br />

Owner personally measured and confirmed all window dimensions. Worked with us to determine best design and materials to use and achieve the aesthetic and function wanted. Scheduled installation and showed up as planned. One of the chains to raise/lower the blinds broke about a year latter and the owner came out to personally look at the problem and make sure that there were no other issues which might have caused this to happen, It was determined that a new chain would need to be installed. The owner ordered and when they came in actually provided 2 extra replacement chains just in case another of the originals broke. The blinds area all still working great after 6 years. I have recommended this company to others. <br />

We had gone to the dealer's showroom and met with the owner..She came to our home the next day and measured all the windows and we picked out the type blind we wanted.  The blinds didn't come in 72 hours ( they say it is only a name) bit came in about two weeks. They installed them in a very professional way and the fit was perfect.  We would recommend them to any of your members and were glad that you recommended them to us. Thank you Angie ! <br />

Right from the get go, this company has been top notch!  Nettie came to my home, assessed what needed to be done, measured the windows, made recommendations and had the 8 blinds custom made for me.  A bay window proved to be the most challenging and required another measurement before the 3 remote controlled blinds for that window could be made.  When Matthew returned to install the blinds, the bay window did not provide adequate coverage for my comfort due to the insufficient space for the corner overlaps.  But, he was able to resolve the problem with ordering another part and repositioning the blinds.  All the blinds are professionally made and look fantastic! <br />

72 hour blinds provided great service all around!  Patti, who coordinated the install, was very responsive & accomodating.  She scheduled Gregg to come measure the same week I called & got the blinds ordered in a timely manner, as she knew we were expecting company in a couple of weeks.  Gregg did an excellent job with the install - talk about fast!  And yet no detail was overlooked.  When my husband came home & was disappointed that the blinds weren't installed closer to the glass, Gregg came back the very next day & fixed it, for no extra charge - as he also knew we hoped to have it done in time for our company.  He even filled the holes from the first install & touched up the paint.  You would have never known the blinds were moved.  This group was so accomodating & courteous...I highly recommend them! <br />
