Better product and not as expensive

Chris and his team from 730 South Exteriors were excellent. Not only was he prompt in returning our call, but scheduled our roof immediately. John Bates from 730 South Exteriors treated us wonderfully the whole way through the process, starting by skillfully convincing our insurance company to reverse its original decision not to cover the roof replacement (John has tremendous knowledge of insurance), to overseeing his fantastic, professional crew in doing the actual replacement. That crew did the whole job in one day, starting at 7:00 a.m. and finishing around 5:00 p.m. John mentioned at one point that he does each roof job as though it were for his own house---and I believe that he does indeed do so. For our roof, he made small but important improvements and upgrades that he thought would be best for our house, including adding some vents that should have been present in the first place and improving how the roof connects to a chimney. (The chimney had not been constructed quite correctly in the first place, leading to some past water leakage.)

John was very responsive and explained everything he did to fix the leak in our roof. He also backed it up with pictures.

Fast and well done with a reasonable price tag!
