731 Ortiz Contractor, LLC

Antonio and Carmelo provided exterior painting and carpentry services to our residential home. They are remarkable craftsmen who did and amazing job for us and thoroughly exceeded our expectations! They seemed to treat our project as if it were their own, not only in their exceedingly high standards of quality but also in their dedication to making sure the job was done right. We had some challenging repair situations and they always found solutions that ended up looking great! Add to that you probably couldnâ t find two nicer people who were always considerate about scheduling the work and made sure everything was neat and tidy before going home every night! In my opinion I think anyone would have a hard time finding two people who are harder working , dedicated to higher standards of quality , greater expertise in craftsman and easier to work with than these two individuals. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!!

I do not usually write reviews, but have to give a shout out to 731 contractors LLC. We contacted 731 contractors to get an estimate to paint the exterior of our house. Antonio and Raquel came the next day. We walked around the house and Antonio pointed out everything that needed to be done and what could wait. He answered all of our questions and the next morning we had an estimate. The estimate was VERY reasonable as there was a lot to be done (including the garage) so we decided to hire them. Antonio and his team started the job promptly. They were always courteous and professional throughout the entire project. The work they did is top-notch. Antonio is a perfectionist and now my house looks amazing!! We have been getting many compliments from the neighbors, even the mailman. 731 contractors is my new go-to for home repairs and will be using them again for my next project. I highly recommend them without hesitation!!

Tony finished my project in an amazingly quick time frame based around my schedule. His prices we're great and the rooms look beautiful. two thumbs up, I have no complaints. Prices are more than reasonable and I would recommend their services to anyone who needs home repair.

My wife and I hired 731 Ortiz Contractor, LLC for our exterior house painting, and we are BEYOND EXCITED with the final results, and experience. Little preface before getting into the actual review: we contacted quite a few companies and requested a quote (doing due diligence) .. of the 25% that actually showed up for the quote, we found issues with other companies, be it price or not being trustworthy. Antonio showed up for the estimate when he said he would, offered a very fair price, and offered us his insights on our options that ended up being invaluable. The education, professionalism, humor, integrity, and reliability that Antonio showed from day 1 made our decision an easy one. Antonio and his team over-delivered on our project, all with keeping the initial quote unchanged. They did a beautiful job with replacing soffits, repainting trim/windows, repainting the basement concrete, and repainting the entire exterior (from top to bottom!). They were professional and courteous each day they were working, and we appreciated them cleaning up after themselves each day. These guys know what they are doing. They were also very respectful of our neighbors, and advised them when to expect work being done. (One set of neighbors has already hired them for another project based on the characteristics mentioned) Our house has taken a transformation that had rippling effects. Not only do we have more pride in our house after the job that was done, the neighbors also love the change, and the work completed not only adds value to our house, but also to the surrounding area. The entire project from beginning to end was a pleasure, and we are thankful for the quality work that was completed. Would I hire 731 Ortiz Contractor, LLC again? ABSOLUTELY. Would we recommend 731 Ortiz Contractor, LLC to our neighbors, friends, family, and those viewing a review? ABSOLUTELY. We would like to thank everyone at 731 who made this project happen, we KNOW who we are calling for ALL future projects. Wishing everyone health and safety, Ben + Melissa
