Todd and Joseph (Owner) where very easy to communicate with. My project took a long time due to my insurance company and they worked with the whole time make sure I understood what was happening. I would use these guys any day of the week!

Joseph (owner) and his father came out to give me the estimate. very knowledgeable. he was out for the firsta day of woor to ensure that I was comfortable and I knew what was going on. I had a ceiling repaired as well. the first celiing guys that he sent were not very good. I sent him pictures that night and two days later there were new ceiling guys that actually did what they were supposed to do. My roofing is excellcent and should alst me the next 40 years. We have recommended 735 to some of our friends and they are just as pleased.

Overall they were very friendly and easy to work with. They did an excellent job on our roof! There was a delay in the supplies and I would’ve liked a little more communication, but I know they are very busy.

I was happy with the exterior painting 735 did for me. They were quick and professional, and they bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Always in contact with me to keep me updated, found issues after getting into the roof and sent to my insurance to see we get what we should. Also did my Siding and it looks great.

Joseph has great customer service. Worked with me and my insurance and took care of all the paperwork. The roof got done on time and looks great! Very honest about all his work and answered all the questions with utmost patience. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof.

Bottom Line: $18,459.96 settlement offered by insurance company became $96,274.66 I met Joseph Hatcher when contracting to replace my hail-damaged roof. He inspected the exterior of my home, applied his expertise as a former claims adjuster, used an industry-standard computer program to calculate the actual damage, and said the settlement should be at least 4 times higher. The insurance company doubled the original offer, stalled into the onset of winter, impugned Joseph�s motives, and finally hired an outside engineering firm to prove he was wrong. The engineer reported that Joseph�s evaluation was correct, and the insurance company agreed to the current settlement, based on replacement prices nearly 7 months after the hail storm. I was delighted to learn that Joseph has established Seven thirty five, Inc., his own construction company here in Colorado Springs.
