From their rather special design process with 3D life-like drawings of the deliberate completed work to the timeliness of the project completion and outstanding every day on-site project management, they beat the opposition hands down! We hired 770 Construction to remodel our 1 and a half bathrooms. We were very happy with the service and work 770 Construction provided. Parts of the project ended up being quite complicated, frustrating, and challenging and required a lot of patience and troubleshooting. Ron and his guys were great! Very patient, polite, and accommodating. I very much appreciated Ron's immediate responses to my texts and phone calls and his optimism and humor. There were a couple of things that needed attention after the big project was done and he willingly found time to fix them. One other thing I liked was that he came often to the site to check on the work and progress. The communication and responsiveness are excellent! They were meticulous about setting up plastic and protecting against dirt and dust so that we felt as though our home was respected. I have used 770 Construction twice now. This time I needed a new garage roof. They replaced the roof shingles in 3 hours. They were so courteous, clean and fast. I had a bathroom issue for a long time before I found this great company! They helped me with colors, materials and even space saving ideas!!! Our bathroom was quite old and not that big, but now Its very modern, and looks bigger. We have got a small corner bath in stead of old one that took all the space.
