770 Construction remodeled our guest bathroom and did an clearly outstanding job. We received estimates from 6 different contractors and went with Ron and are very satisfied we did. From their rather special design process with 3D life-like drawings of the deliberate completed work to the timeliness of the project completion and outstanding every day on-site project management, they beat the opposition hands down! They took severe pleasure in their work and were in a position to do something we requested to make sure customer satisfaction. Our project was completed quickly and fair price! We hired 770 Construction to remodel our 1 and a half bathrooms. We were very happy with the service and work 770 Construction provided. Parts of the project ended up being quite complicated, frustrating, and challenging and required a lot of patience and troubleshooting. Ron and his guys were great! Very patient, polite, and accommodating. I very much appreciated Ron's immediate responses to my texts and phone calls and his optimism and humor. There were a couple of things that needed attention after the big project was done and he willingly found time to fix them. One other thing I liked was that he came often to the site to check on the work and progress. The communication and responsiveness are excellent! We had our kitchen remodeled with 770 Construction in July 2021. The process was smooth and Ron helps me along the way providing me with next steps to complete the project. His crew were all amazing. Ron and his crew did a wonderful job on demolition and replacing our electrical system. Ron then installed everything for our new kitchen. Outstanding roofing company! Ron did a great job on a complete roof replacement including replacing all wood sheathing. Priced well and the customer service from the office was great. We recently contracted with 770 Construction for a second project, a master closet. Our first project included the renovation of a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. What I appreciate about 770 Construction is they do what they say they are going to do. This may not sound like a big deal, but with contractors these days, that is a rare and appreciated quality. It is unrealistic to expect construction to go perfectly. I also appreciated that when issues or concerns did arise, 770 Construction was there to have the discussion to resolve the issue to my satisfaction – again, a rare quality in a residential contractor.
