Window trim boards replacement. pro: Quick response to my request. The work was done fast and the cost seemed reasonable. The work area was clean when he had finished. con: Both of the replacement boards are about 1/2 inch shorter than they should be. I had to touch up some gaps in the caulk. A week later I notice that one of the replacement boards has a gap running the length with the board it joins with. I applied some caulk and added a few screws to tighten the fit.

Mike is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He came out this week to care for a few small projects; install new drapery rods and replace 2 bathroom vanity mirrors. Mike had previously completed handyman work for me, due to another handymans inferior work. Mike is the only handyman I will do business with. Cannot wait until I am able to use him for a few larger projects down the road.

Did a great job! Found an issue with our ceiling fans and saved us from a disaster down the road. Very professional and courteous. Using again in the near future!
