3 for 3. I have used 787 Construction for three projects and they have excelled with all three. They are now my go-to company for any projects at my home or my rental property.

I’ve used 787 for several projects both at my primary residence and rental property. Most recently, I’ve had them do a full roof replacement. Every time, they are super communicative, on-time, easy to work with, and offer a fair price.

787 Construction installed an Attic Breeze SFA-35W solar fan on my two story house with a very steep roof. My initial visit with Mathew was very informative. I felt very comfortable with his fan/roofing knowledge and expertise. Jax and Fidel's team provided a good quality installation of the Attic Breeze fan and closing of closeby static vents to ensure proper fan operation and compliance with installation warranty guidelines. I was very pleased with the entire process and final result. The new fan should provide enhanced ventilation and lower attic temperature for two HVAC units. Kudos to the entire 787 Construction Team.
