yes it was extremely positive. Mr Vallerjo is very professional, works hard ,is alwasyx on time does his work above grade. made my home sellable and we got it sold with Hermann I never could have sold that property!.. replaced rotting windows well below what ANDERSON cahrges, instaleld all new wood around the entire under side of roof without any major renovations under budget costs improved the entire exterior of the house . HE is amazing also re-cemented the front stairs ( i didnt even notice that they were sinking!) but he did. !! he makes very careful decisions and follows through ... W EVEN BETTER ideas! WE love this guy always on time ...great quotes .. a must use!!

We used for full basement/bathroom remodel and installation of interior and exterior doors. They provide quality service, very dependable and will request your input throughout the job. They also are meticulous painters. I will not hesitate to use again for other home projects.

Multi pile quotes like asked for. Painted a bed room downstairs bathroom upstairs returned repainted the trim for exterior windows, power washed the house, did trim and wood work for the deck and quoted us for painting next year and a few other projects took less than a week for everything between 2-3 guys a day at the house. Very pleased will use again.

They were wonderful. Did a great job, didn't make a mess, and cleaned up the rooms and put the furniture in place when they were finished.

Hired 7 Brothers Construction for painting job. Juan and his brother were very thorough and showed respect and understanding to my needs. I felt they were very reasonable with pricing and prompt in any communication and return phone calls. It was obvious they wanted me to be happy with their work and were very accommodating to my wishes. Did a good job and showed respect for my furniture and belongings. Will be hiring again for future work.

They showed up when they said they would, completed the job quickly and professionally, even though I kept adding things and changing things daily. My house was never messy after the crew left for the day. Great job!

7 Brothers showed up with little advance notice and gave me a fair estimate for my painting/repair job. They completed the job fast and expertly. They were professional and neat. I would use them again in a heartbeat as well as refer to anyone looking for professional, efficient contractors. A+!

This is a very honest and professional organization. I originally wanted inside painting done. They completed that beyond my expectations. They covered everything. The rooms look great so pleased. Then they rebuilt a stone wall that came down during a storm. They not only rebuilt the wall but repointed all of the stone work on my property, power washed and painted the foundation, scraped and painted the garage door. I will have them back to refinish hardwood floors Thank you Juan and the entire team.

There were a few schedule changes but luckily I was flexible. Also the # of workers varied each day leaving them a little rushed at the end. Not the lowest cost but very thorough prep. Trustworthy.

7 Brothers repaired and painted my new home beautifully. I can not believe how they transformed the damaged and cracking walls and ceilings to look brand new. They are hard-working, professional and left my home clean when the job was done. They also came back after the movers put a hole in a wall to fix it for me. I have hired them again to build concrete stairs outside of my house. Again, they were diligent and the result was just right. I would and will hire them again. Highly recommended company.

My project took about 2 weeks to complete however I believe the work was rushed towards the end because the brothers wanted to get to another project. I can tell the difference between the parts of my home that were painted in the beginning of the project and areas painted towards the end. They paid more attention to detail in the beginning and were willing to correct imperfections as opposed to the end when they were just painting to get it over with. Also the way the project ended was incredibly unprofessional. I was told upon signing the contract that when the job is done they will fix any imperfections that I find and request to fix prior to my giving them the final payment. That’s is not how things happened at the end. The brothers seems incredibly irritated that the job wasn’t fully completed by the last day of the 2 weeks (although there was no set time frame for the project as to not rush anything). Many of my light and socket fixtures were not replaced or lost in translation. One of my light dinners was removed during the painting and never replaced. When I inquired about it I was told that it never existed. That was incredibly insulting (as if to insinuate that I was lying about it). Areas that the socket covers weren’t replaced were covered with items that were plugged elsewhere. As I made inquiries towards the end one brother grew increasingly agitated and demanded he get paid so he could leave. That was incredibly unprofessional and not what was agreed to. In efforts to just move on and not cause friction, my husband just paid them so they could leave. They left all the empty paint buckets in my house. They left paint chips all over my sinks, paint stains all over my faucets and dust all over my house. Overall work was decent and pricing was ok, however the professionalism towards the end was gravely flawed. My project should not take back seat or suffer because you have other jobs you want to focus on. That’s terrible project management, customer service and planning. I was incredibly disappointed at the end and although I have many more projects to do I wouldn’t consider or recommend them to anyone I know.

Hardest working painters I’ve seen very eager, prompt & professional. Only one glitch which they quickly fixed. 😃

The Brothers completed some wall repair and painted an apartment I needed to ready for rent and did a great job. I'd hire them again for similar projects.
