I had an idea for a unique home in the foothills. I had the plans, went through the process, and needed to contract with a local building company to help me realize my dream. Luis Rodriguez and his brother David, of 7 Coast Builders were the team I worked with, through the entire process. Because no one had ever built a home like mine here, there were hoops to jump through, and challenges to face. But Luis and his entire crew of totally professional artisans made my dream a reality. Today, my home passed its final inspection, and I will be moving in soon. I am a year round, permanent resident here, and absolutely recommend 7 Coast Builders. They are honest, hard working, totally dedicated builders and the experience I had with the entire crew was absolutely phenomenal. I will hire them again for any other projects that I come up with!

Extremely Professional - I hired Luis and his brother David to convert and attached 263sf carport into a walk in closet and bedroom. The job was done professionally. Precautions were taken to keep the dust and dirt out of the main house during the construction. The job site was cleaned up every night. The job was completed on time and on budget. I would recommend 7 Coast Builders.
