7 Days Repair

Poor customer service, never followed up. James didn't know what the issue was, didn't know how to repair the refrigerator.

Two days late calling back, missed an appointment and mis-diagnosed the problem TWICE. First he said it was a plumbing problem so I paid a plumber to tell me it was not a plumbing problem. Then he switched out a part that did not correct the problem. Now I must pay a plumber again to remove the dishwasher to install a new one. This company cost me a lot of money and more importantly, weeks of time without a dishwasher. I paid for a diagnosis but this guy is just a shoot from the hip parts changer. Horrible experience.

For the first time a refrigerator repair done that worked.

After replacing one part on the compressor, the refrigerator stopped cooling again, a few hours later. They diagnosed as a failed compressor, which would have been too expensive to replace, given the age of the refrigerator. They refunded the repair cost and just charged me for the diagnosis visit. Excellent response and customer service.

Great service at a reasonable price. James was quick to respond to any inquiries and completed my stove repair quickly. I will definitely use this Company again.

Definitely will recommend this company, great service, great technicians, and will use them again.
