The initial estimate was the lowest by far. I think the reason was that they estimated less squares than the competition. I did contact them and mentioned it. They came out again to do another measurement. They confirmed that the initial estimate was wrong but they sticked to their initial price! This gave me a lot of confidence in the company. Combined with the lowest price I decided to go with them. They executed the job very well. The showed up on time, as scheduled. They executed everything as planned. They did a pretty good job covering my plants even though some plants had broken branches. They cleaned up very well.

They were on time, professional, and answered all my question even when I kept calling back with further questions. They were very patient with me.

The job was not done as quoted. When they returned to finish the job, the new insulation was compressed. They have not replaced the compressed insulation and have told me that it doesn't need to be replaced.

They worked effciently and professionally. If felt that I had exceptional quality. And the look of the windows raises the overall benefits to my home's worth.

Workers arrived early, even before I expected and completed the work in quick order. The job looks even better than I thought it would. Everything was spic and span when they left and house is feeling better already.

Great value, but installation was a bit chaotic due to their labor problems. All the workers were great about it, but it was pretty disruptive.

Great Job! Kept me up to date on timing and arrived when expected. Job was performed from start to finish (including clean-up) to my expectations. I would refer 800 New Look to famiily & friends! and I would use them again myself if the need arises.

Ond-day installation went well and even secured a gutter that was not scheduled to be worked on. Clean-up went pretty well but could have been better. Found nails, staples, and small bits of roofing material in lawn and landscaping. Found colored caulk for roof flashing on driveway and can't get it to come off. Roof and gutters are working well so far; only time will tell how well it holds up.

Salesman was knowledgeable and helpful without being "pushy". Office staff was friendly and helpful in all conversations. Workman did a fast and efficient job of replacing the roof in one day. Only complaint is that they did not do a real good job of picking up after themselves after the job was done. Many fragments of shingles and staples could be found in and around my house from a week after the job was completed.

They put on a beautiful roof. We had some issues but they resolved them with no questions asked. Great company, just wished they would have paid more attention on some things.

Fast quote, crew was friendly and polite, shingles look good. The day the job was completed, I expressed dissatisfaction with flashing between the house and the garage due to the noticeable width of the flashing, approximately 2 ft. wide. Was promised that someone would come out to take care of the problem in the next couple of days. Photos of the area prior to the flashing installation were emailed as requested by a supervisor. A photo was also sent of all the nails left in the driveway after the dumpster was removed. No response at all-- it's been almost two weeks.
