Central A/C - Service or Repair
Do not use Rockford One Stop HVAC LLC. A technician was assigned to my home through a warranty company for a light fixture repair. He collected the $75 call-in fee, stated the fixture needed replacement, and was supposed to finish the job that same day. He said he didn?t have the proper equipment and would be back to fix it. He left, stating he would return on Monday. He never showed up on Monday, failed to show up again on a rescheduled Tuesday appointment, and then completely stopped responding to my texts.
To make matters worse, this same company was assigned to a family member's home to fix an AC unit this past Saturday and skipped that appointment entirely as well. They take your money, miss appointments repeatedly, and then completely ghost you. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.
