We had several small home repair projects but the biggest was replacing kitchen floor tiles. Ryan, Alex, and crew were very communicative throughout the entire process and did an amazing job! This was our first time hiring a company for home repairs and feel fortunate to have had such a positive experience.

These guys are great

I am a repeat customer, first they replaced all may windows and sliding glass doors with all triple pane - AWESOME job! They just fixed my upstairs 2nd floor exterior deck supports - main boards that went into house under outer wood panels had started to dry rot - very dangerous, replaced deck supports, outer panel, painted everything to match exterior paint and I'm a very happy camper! Just like a plumber, mechanic or even a dentist, a great contractor you can depend on is a treasure! Won't go wrong with 84th Street Construction!

I have used this company for 2 home repair projects and window replacement. They have been polite and professional both times. I would highly recommend this company for general contracting work.

I hired Ryan to do extensive work in our house. His team scraped and replaced popcorn ceilings in the whole house, remodeled a bathroom from the ground up, did some repair work in the attic and various and sundry small jobs. Not only was he there right on time and finished as scheduled, he excelled. I chose the floor for the bathroom and told him to choose the rest. He made a lovely elegant and practical bathroom and chose accessories and paint that brought out the colors in the floor and all complemented each other. It's truly beautiful and I am delighted with it! Everything looks absolutely wonderful. I would hire his team again in a heartbeat.

Great group of guys who were always polite and worked hard. Great at problem solving without delays and cleaned up as they worked. Would hire them for other projects.

Ryan came quickly to give an estimate as I was in a time crunch, scheduled the work to fit around my needs and the guys came on time for the work appointment. They were very courteous and professional during the time they were completing the list of jobs I had and Dylan went above and beyond to answer questions and tweak some items I needed adjusted. They were respectful and did a good job cleaning up after the work was done. Before he left, Dylan was willing to walk through and look at some new jobs I wanted to get done and agreed to arrange for an estimate rather than needing to have another visit for that. I'll be using them again.

In addition to resolving the basement water issue they did other small jobs I needed done at a reasonable price. In the middle of all agreed upon scope of work I asked to add installation of a new front door and storm door and they took care of it with no problem. I expect to hire them in the future for additional work I need done.
