Badly. Constantly trying to get me to give him more money. The job was 14000.00 dollars, I gave him $8340.00. He constantly had excuses of why the job wasn't moving forward. On July 20th I informed him that I wanted some money back since I will not let him work on the other bathroom. That 2 inch exposed concrete floor, his transition piece for the exposed floor is aluminum threshold off a screen door.

Had a chip in one of the bath tubs in my home and was looking for repair. I found 850 Property Services via Facebook and admired their work. I set an appointment went them and were friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt with their services! Most of all, they made the repair process painless and worked around my schedule. Would definitely recommend their services to anyone! Zach does phenomenal work!!

The service was awesome. They do quality work, knowledgeable, and professional. They communicate well. They were not like other contractors, these people were just great. I would hire them again soon to do the bathroom.
