Steve and Dwayne were very knowledgeable, kind, and took extra time to get the job done correctly and they pointed out other problem areas on the home that needed attention. They also fixed a panel of siding that had blown partially off. They were personable and knew how to do the job correctly.

Steven was asked to repair 2 screens and replace 2 window screens. It took 5 hours for 2 guys. Multiple times I was told it would only be 5 more minutes, hours before they finished. I could not wait any longer and had to leave. When I returned I could not install the repaired screens, and the ones they built did not even come close to fitting and sagged badly. The next day they came back to install the screens repaired. After three guys working, grabbing multiple tools and a ladder -I actually figured it out myself and showed them how. It seemed like it was their first job. He said he would be out the next weekend with the other two screens that had to be re-made. On Friday he said couldn?t come till the following Wednesday. On Wednesday he said he broke his ankle and couldn?t come out for another week. I asked to be reimbursed for the two screens that have not been delivered. He refused. $100 for 2 screen repairs and $200 lost for 2 replaced screens. I would never recommend them.

"Do we really need to put the text on here because you're broke trying to take advantage of somebody we didn't get the things done and had to come back because you told me you'd be home all day if we had any issues not to worry about it 20 minutes after we was there you had to go to a birthday party I told you we gave you a really good deal trying to be the nice guy your materials cost more than what I charged you but you're asking a refund for $200 because you're broke"

Steven cane out and started to replace my floor and we was very happy with the floor install that we decided to have Steve do a complete remodel of our home and also had the company build a garage and couldn't be happier we made the decision to go with this company which is really A1
