Kevin fixed the leak but had to find a part for the air bubbler. He returned a few weeks later and fixed that also.

WE were pleasantly surprised with the cost of service. We are used to service people charging an arm and a leg and this wasn't the case! We were not even there when the service took place and impressed with how honest the serviceman was!

Only made an initial visit to assess the problem. He has ordered the parts but has not started the work. I will rate after the work has been completed. He was very professional and polite during his visit.

Willing to come out to work on problem on a late Saturday afternoon. Diagnosed the problem quickly and stayed until he made the necessary repair. Cost of the service was extremely and pleasantly reasonable.

Kevin was very quick to return my call. He made the repair quickly and had my hot tub up and running the next day at a great price. Don't call the big chains like pool city etc. Kevin has a lot of experience and found and diagnosed the problem as fast as anyone else would have for fraction of the cost.

super job. the job was completed in a very reasonable period of time. Mr. Sullivan arrived on time and worked on the problem unitl it was solved. He was neat and cleaned up after himself. he kept us informed as he progressed thru the job until completion. The proce for the work was awesome. We had several prices double and even tripled from other contractors and they could not come form weeks to even start the work. EXCELLENT JOB AND WEILL CALL YOUR SERVICE AGAIN.

Kevin was not only professional but friendly. He answered all the questions I had and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He kept me informed throughout the process: when he ordered the materials and when they should arrive. He knew what exactly what needed done and did it right the first time. Very knowledgeable and flexible in scheduling work. Available to complete hot tub repairs much quicker than any other contractor. Cost was very fair.

He was extremely helpful and nice and answered all our questions, we have already given friends his number because we felt he was so good.

Overall knowledge excellent, slight problem in the middle of job, but came through when it counted. Job took a couple of weeks because of a part that needed to be delivered from California. Since the spa broke during a nasty cold snap that caused the slight problem but Kevin came through and I am on my way into the spa as soon as I finish typing.

Returned call immediately. Repaired spa in two visits within five days of call. Very pleased with service and results.

Kevin was very dilligent in finding the problem with my hot tub and getting the parts in and replaced. It is a very busy time of year for him so I really appreciated his extra effort in fixing the roblem before the cold weather set in.

Kevin was professional, came out to the house quicly, worked hard to fix our problem in a timely manner and his rates are very reasonable. Wow, what can I say, other than - Kevin gets the job done & at a very fair price. Our spa is 9-10 yrs old & had several problems - other hot tub repairmen in my area looked at it & simple said good luck, parts are obsolete, can't get them & simply wanted to sell me a new tub.. - Kevin on his 1st of 3 trips diagnosed the major problems - bad seal causing motor shaft to swell & thus pump didn't work & no jets. he fixed that...by-passed outdated circuit boad in heating element thus ending flo message and heating problem. fixed a couple minor problems and it 's working fine. I'd hire Kevin again w/out question & even purchased a new cover for it.

I had previously hired a different local repairman, who wanted to replace everything on my hot tub with new stuff, at a cost of over $1000.00. He also took my parts and would not return my calls for over five weeks. When he finally did return my parts, I called Kevin Sullivan at 877 4 SPA TECH. Kevin came out the very next day, at the time he said he would be there. He looked over the job, and took my parts to check them at home. He told me he didn't think it would be too bad or too expensive to fix. He said he'd get back to me within a week. I was ecstatic when he fixed it the very next day for less than $200. I'll never use anyone else!!!
