Kin is great! He's professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. It's very easy to work with him. He always tries his best to make him available according to my schedule. He came to the house 15 minutes earlier than the appointment on a snowing day and started to take some pictures outside. He did a very detailed, professional and comprehensive inspection, guiding us through the whole process. He'd like to listen to all my questions and explained them to me. He was protecting me as a home buyer, that made me trust him. A thorough and understandable report with many pictures was given on the same day.
