We feel the day is for that client only. We encourage all of our clients to be at every inspection for as long as they like and ask as many questions as they would like. We use the rest of the day to complete the inspection report so they have it in less than 24 hours and most on the same day. Once you hire us we consider you a client for life. You can call us anytime even after the report has been delivered with questions or if a referral is needed. We take on average about 4 hours or more to perform a home inspection. We walk roofs or if we can't, we use a drone. We crawl every inch of the crawlspace and attic as well.
