Wood Fence Repair
I had my backyard wooden picket fence removed and a new fence installed. David Kam and his crew made a very timely and thorough installation. The installation exceeded my expectations. 901 Home Crew did an excellent job. Pressure washed driveway and the patio concrete. Look great. Also repaired rotten wood on the arbor. Will be returning to paint the concrete on the patio. I am very happy with the service.

Finding a reliable contractor can be difficult, so I started small through HomeAdvisor by Angi—and that led me to David Kam of 901 Home Crew David provided a same day, very competitive quote to replace our chimney and repair the front siding, and both projects were completed within just two days. He rebuilt the chimney using Hardie Board, and the craftsmanship was outstanding. Hiis team reinforced and improved the framing and foundation beyond the original construction. I watched much of the work and was genuinely impressed by the quality and attention to detail. I was so pleased with the results that I upgraded the entire front paneling to Hardie Board as well—it looks fantastic and made a huge difference. We also replaced our garage door, which David’s team completed within 48 hours, despite other vendors quoting weeks. The work was flawless and the price was again competitive. From start to finish, David and his team were the definition of Customer Service. Highly Recommended

We hired David to repair and paint our chimney. His team did a great job on our chimney so we asked if he could also replace and paint our old siding on the front of our house with the upgraded hardie board that they used on the chimney. When I tell you that David and his team did an incredible job to make sure that we were happy with the outcome I am not exaggerating. I would choose David every time now to handle any projects around my home now!

Seamless Metal Gutters - Install
David and his team did an amazing job painting the exterior trim of my home and replacing my 29 year old gutters with new seamless 6 inch gutters. Due to expected rain on the planned scheduled dates, David quickly readjusted and got the work started and completed ahead of schedule. What was estimated to take 3 days only took 2 days. David kept me updated on the progress by sending regular text messages, photos, and a video. At the end of each day, they cleaned up any debris on the ground. It was a pleasure working with David and his team and I will definitely be hiring them for any future projects.

Kam and his crew were so nice and did great work building my new fence and repairing soffit boards on my home 🏠 They removed all the trash within minutes of tearing down my old fence - and were always communicating with me their progress while I was at work I would definitely recommend 901 Home Crew to all my friends and neighbors. Funny they had done four homes on my street in the past year also

David Kam owner of 901 Home Crew responded to my job the same day he received my request from Angie's List. After meeting with David he assured me that his team could complete the work. The price was also reasonable. His team started the job the same day. This helped me immensely. I was closing on my home in one week and needed fast but detailed work which was accomplished in 3days. The 901 crew was a very professional team and worked very hard to complete my job. I was so confident with this team that I flew out of state trusting that the work would be completed on time and it was. I was able to close on my home a week later and thanks to the 901 Home Crew who made it possible. The job included window sills replaced, shingles replaced, chimney chase repaired with new wood and painting, cracked floor tile and minor electrical work. The wood patio also needed repair due to rooting wood. This team is a jack of all trades and a real gem so happy with the outcome.

"We had approximately 5 task to perform for customer. We performed all 5 and she was not happy with the dry wall patch texturing. We explained that it would not be perfect and she agreed to do it anyway. The total bill was $512.00 and in good faith I returned $200 for 1 of the 5 task. We settled for more than it would have cost to satisfy the customer"

Wood Fence Repair
David and his team were very easy to work with and they did great work. They replaced a section of fence that had begun falling over, built a new ramp for my shed and power washed my porch as well as fixed up my screen, doors and replaced some damaged wood. From the time I first talked to David the entire project was completed in the next 36 hrs. They made it easy and David communicated well throughout the entire project.

Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture Application, Repair or Removal
I hire David and his crew to remove popcorn ceiling. place recending lights in my kitchen ceiling and paint. He assured the job will be done right. The recending lights were place in the wrong location and he wanted to charge another $500 to install 2 lights in the right location. The workmanship was shabby and after several attempts to get him to come and correct the problems he stated he nor his crew will come out to correct the problems. I'm looking at other option, so beware of his fast talking and make sure everything is done right before paying him. This was a mistake I made and this is a warning to anyone who is considering hiring him. Also after several request to produce his contractor license he never produce them. BE WARE DON'T HIRE HIM.

Then your wife came home and did not like where you told us to put the 4 recessed lights - of course we cannot just come and add more lights for free .. sorry again you changed your review a month later"
