"Customer had shut off water to the entire home prior to our visit in an attempt to stop a water leak they believed was coming from their refrigerator. Upon arrival on Friday, we inspected the refrigerator in question and found that the condensing fan motor had seized and the water valve was working improperly. Customer stated that they would be purchasing a new refrigerator that same day or the next day at the latest. During our inspection it was found that the water leak was actually coming from the water valve inside the wall behind the refrigerator. We ran the water line from the wall to the outside of the house to allow for customer to turn their water back on again and had set up a follow up appointment the following Tuesday to replace the water valve behind the wall to completely repair the leak. Customer agreed and signed invoice."
