I needed a replacement for my garbage disposal and I had gotten several estimates, which were quite expensive for a garbage disposal. I was about to give up when Richard arrived and saved the day. The price was, by far, the most reasonable, the job was done quickly, and Richard cleaned up after, actually leaving my kitchen cleaner than when he got here. Highly recommend.

Contacted ANGI for referrals to fix a leaking ice maker. two names popped up, one of which was Arizona Emergency Appliance Repair. They called first and I really needed this issue addressed quickly, so I had him come down the next day. I was at work but my wife was off, so she let him in. He never stopped the leak, just redirected it out a window onto the side of my yard, leaking several hundred gallons over several days when he was supposed to return and finish the job. He stated he would have to return and tear out the drywall behind the fridge to find and stop the leak. He quoted a separate price for that and I gave him the go ahead to return on Tuesday to complete the job. On Tuesday he ditched on me, leaving me hanging. I scrambled to find someone to step in and contacted the other party that ANGI suggested and that person went out of his way to bail me out that day. All it needed was a new fan motor which the first guy left unassembled and he stopped the leak with a part he bought at ACE Hardware for $2.99 without having to tear out the wall. But in calling in a second party because AZ Emergency Appliance Repair stiffed me I had to pay a second service call fee. I seriously believe that Richard Rada who either owns or represents AZ Emerg Appliance Repair was in over his head on this service call.

Service was nice, but didn't listen very well and ended up making the problem worse because they didn't listen. They didn't show up at the correct time, or even correct day, didn't call to let us know they were coming back, woke up the kids during nap time. Called the office to get someone to come out and actually fix the problem, and they said someone would come out to fix it tomorrow, and would call to let us know they were coming. 2 days later, I haven't even received a call. We will see if I can get a refund, but I would stay away.

My fridge stopped working the week before Thanksgiving. They were the only company that responded and came out within a couple of days. In the meantime, I had to cook the fresh turkey immediately along with other food which I was able to store in a backup fridge in the garage. The inverter assembly needed to be replaced which meant a special order that took 10 days. My lower rating has to do with how long it took for them to return to install the new inverter once the inverter was back in stock. From the first visit to the actual repair was 6 weeks. Take out the 10 days for the part to arrive was still 4.5 weeks. I suggest the vendor set up a better follow-up system to track customers with pending orders to be sure they receive good customer service. My fridge has been working great since the repair.

They kept coming back until they fixed the problem, more than honored their labor warranty.

Beware of this con artist!! He arrived to take a look at my refrigerator and WITHOUT trouble shooting told me it was the fan motor and would have to order it and charged me 100. Poor customer service does not update customer on order status and left me without my kitchen fridge for 2 &1/2 weeks! He showed up to install the fan wanted his money and left. I waited 48 hours and the fridge remained at the same temp as before!! It?s didnt fix the problem. He criticized other service techs as ?clowns? who did not know how to fix and yet this BOZO the clown does the same as other techs I?ve hired in the past. DONT WASTE YOURE MONEY ON THIS CLOWN

Responded promptly, solved the issue and followed up the next day to be certain the problem was solved.

The technician changed out my gfi plug to a regular plug.

Yes the job was done right with professionalism and friendly and left with clean up.

Exceptional work ethic and knowledge about code guidelines. Had an Over-the-Stove Microwave installed in an 1960’s home with very little clearance above the stove. Rick and his assistant were right on time, did a great job, and even made some suggestions that gave us a better outcome than we had hoped for.
