I needed my garage door looked at and they were able to get out within a few hours of me reaching out to them. They assessed the issue and gave me options. Their promptness was very much appreciated and they did an excellent job replacing my garage door. I would highly recommend them!

Michael replaced 2 garage door openers and garage performed door maintenance in March of 2025 and replaced our gate controller just the March 2026. He is honest, quick and extremely knowledgeable with very fair pricing. He has a crew that is amazing and highly skilled. It is obvious they have great experience not only with the nature of the work, but the pricing and current material trends in the market. I can confidently recommend this company for garage door related work and gate work. I will not consider anyone else to work on these things for my home!

My garage door opener wasn’t working properly, so I bought one on Amazon and then needed someone to install it. I called 9-1-1 Garage Door Repair Pros, and the owner personally answered and quickly scheduled an appointment. When he arrived, he explained that I had purchased the wrong opener because I didn’t have the required electrical outlet. Instead of just installing it anyway, he went to a hardware store, bought the correct unit for half the price I had paid, and installed it quickly and professionally. He also repaired the ball bearings on my garage door, and it now runs incredibly smoothly. Honest, efficient, and highly recommended.

Garage door motor broke. Mike came and installed new one even in freezing and icy conditions. He did so with much professionalism and joy even with very cold fingers. Would recommend him & definitely will call for future needs!

Michael is fantastic!!!! We are repeat customers because he's always available, explains everything clearly, communicates by phone and text, and lets us know when he will arrive, so we can move our cars out of the garage and prepare. This time we scheduled ahead of a crisis, thinking we needed repair as the chain was drooping and noisy, but instead we needed a new garage opener unit, and being repeat customers, got pretty deep discount on the original model vs. the less quality spin offs, which is greatly appreciated! He explained options (there really weren't any - time to get a new one), installed it, explained the garage controller, reminded me we needed to order a surge protector plug, and showed us where to lubricate (rails, hinges and spring- not opener) every 6 mos., and helped my hubby get his Audi programmed. The new ones come w/a phone app too. I can't say enough great things about Michael and 911 Garage Door Repair Pros- he sure is one we can count on. Thanks Michael!

Michael and his son were so nice and helpful! He guided me through installing the app to use with my new opener. Michael gave me options instead of saying I must get a brand new unit. Had I decided to go the cheaper route, he even said heâ d give me $$ off whenever we decided to replace the nearly 20 year old unit. My husband and I decided to go ahead and buy a brand new opener, and they were able to install it the very same day. Hands down, one of the most honest and trustworthy people Iâ ve ever done business with. Very grateful he was recommended to us!!

Very responsive (answered on a Sunday afternoon), good communication (always texted when the tech was on the way), understood the issue quickly (when Michael first arrived he knew within 5 minutes what was wrong and why i had the issue), offered multiple options (a repair option to last me another year or a more full solution and also in between options as well), and very knowledgeable (every question I asked he provided a very knowledgeable answer that clearly showed he had a lot of experience with garage doors and garage openers).

Michael was on time and very professional in his work. He was in and out in no time and directed me to other problems that might occur in the future, of course I had him fix them on his visit.

Michael went above and beyond . Not only did he finish within an hour but spotted an error in the wiring system that an inexperienced DIYer or an inexperienced technician would have overlooked. A true master at his craft. Overall, the price was very reasonable, and he responded In a timely manner and performance was outstanding.
