Arrived early for the appointment on a Sunday Morning. He attempted to fix the problem, unfortunately he had to order a part due to the brand of heat pump. Steve kept me informed while waiting for the part to arrive. He installed the new motor as soon as it arrived. 911 Heating and Air will be my first call if I ever have any problems or decide to change out the unit.

Response by 911 Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC: Replaced condenser motor in customers system on a Saturday. We do not charge higher prices on weekends, after hours, or holidays. Advised customer of diagnostic fee to come out and then when on sight advised price of repair as we use up front pricing, before repair was done. We also accepted a post dated check from customer for her convenience for payment of job.

The team response of the two technicians was professional and quick, demonstrating thoroughness in going above and beyond the needs to be addressed to accomplish the requested repair. In addition to that, the senior technician was very helpful in recommending ways to assure proper maintenance of our Central A/C, month by month and year by year. My wife and I are very pleased, and offer a resounding thank you to the gentlemen involved!
