As soon as I put in my request, they contacted me within 15 minutes. No one else reached out to me. We were able to set up an appt. easily and they kept in contact to make sure the time of arrival was still good. We were very happy with the service and their efficiency and communication. I would definitely hire them the next time we need removal of any kind.

Jonathon was very responsive while I was a potential customer. He picked up the stuff and I asked which church he took things to, and he told me. I went by the church and they said they had not received any things that day. I texted to Jonathon, asking the name of the church, and in spite of several texts (hence the delay in writing this review), he has not responded.
