Rodger did an excellent job, he's very thorough, personable, and professional, I had 4 locks repaired, before he started, we did a walk through to make sure which locks were to be fixed and the cost, there were no hidden fees or surprises, he even pointed out a couple of minor issues that he fixed at no additional charge, I will certainly use 911 Lock & Door for any of my future needs.
