Customer Beware! Elkin did a good job maintaining my pool for several years. In fact, I initially posted a positive review. However, he suddenly, with no warning or explanation, stopped coming and did not respond to my many calls and texts. I had set up an automatic advance bank payment for his monthly fee. I thought I had stopped the automatic payment, after he quit my service, but had failed to do so, and he cashed the bank check. I left several messages telling him it was a mistake, and to please return the $200. No word from him, and he got my $200 for no work. I would have understood if he needed to drop me as a customer because my home is more isolated, but he did not have the decency to give me an explanation. Also, I question his integrity and honesty for taking money that he did not earn.

Elkin has been taking care of our pool for the past two years. I have nothing to say but it is first class and the pool is always looking good. He is very professional, on time and goes above and beyond. I don't have to worry about a thing from cleaning the pool to the chemicals if needed. Stellar Service! After going through 2 different companies trying to open my pool, 911 Pool Rescue was able to get my up and running on less than 1 week! When it came time to setup maintenance, I made sure to get several quotes- most compnies wanted more than $400 a month to service my pool and that was Biweekly! 911 Pool Rescue was able to offer me an annual agreement for a FRACTION of the cost everyone else wanted AND it is WEEKLY service!!!! My pool is swim ready year round, ALWAYS crystal clear and they have NEVER missed an appointment. I cannot recommend them enough!! They are transparent in all they do and always go above and beyond. Bonus: They even put my packages in my backyard when I was out of town!! 5 Stars, all the way!!

We had no problems with the maintenance and cleaning of our pool. Elkin advised that the pump needed to be replaced. He replaced the pump, and we could not get a receipt or warranty from him. Upon asking repeatedly for this documentation, he avoided talking to us. My husband was physically unable to look at the pump, and I was too weak (due to chemotherapy from breast cancer). When I was able to get outside and look at the pump (Elkin had quit), with a different pool company, we saw that the pump was old and rusted. We were also told this was a pump for an in ground pool, NOT an above ground pool. After many attempts to resolve this, AND now having a pump that does not work in a matter of months, we will be pursuing other avenues to resolve this issue. He is NOT honest and took total advantage of our situation. My husband also has cancer and Elkin knew that he could not check his work.

After reviewing this account it appears that contact in regard to this matter was made 7 months after the 1 year warranty and therefore was outside of the scope of work that was satisfactory upon completion. We apologize for any miscommunications on this matter. We value every customer regardless of status, or size and complexity of work. It is our goal each day to be completely transparent to our customers and ensure they understand any and all warranty protocol. We do NOT take advantage of anyone, rather (such as in your case) provide deeply discounted services to accommodate changing lifestyles."
