911 Repair Specialists (Dean Rossey) never completed the job and his work was below standards. On the day he gave his estimate, my husband and I told him we wanted either white or blue-grey for the colors. When I went to the house, he had used what I call an old brown paper bag color. He said he would not redo it. He was supposed to put braces on the upper porch railing that he installed to support it, but he never did. The railing on the north side of the porch downstairs is not leveled to the point that we can not get a broom or snow shovel underneath by the entrance door. We never received a receipt. Our canceled checks were our proof. These are just the main reasons we will never hire 911 ever again. Numerous text messages and phone calls made to 911. Promises made and never acted upon.
